3 More States Adopt NextGen Bar Exam

Pennsylvania and New Hampshire introduced plans this week to undertake the NextGen Uniform Bar Examination, following Alabama’s announcement the prior week, bringing the entire to 39 states and Washington, D.C. All three will start administering the examination in July 2028.
