    “Ms. Slaughter’s purported removing was illegal and with out authorized impact,” U.S. District Decide Loren AliKhan of the District of Columbia wrote in a choice reinstating Democratic Federal Commerce Commissioner member Rebecca Kelly Slaughter and requiring the Trump administration to welcome Slaughter again with out interference.
