    Building firm J.F. White Contracting Corp. filed a criticism on Wednesday towards the industrial actual property firm behind the revitalization of the Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood and the Massachusetts Division of Transportation, alleging the defendants breached a $138 million development contract by failing to pay the plaintiff practically $27 million for work accomplished on a constructing and rail infrastructure undertaking.
