Palm Seashore County-based Newsmax has filed a sweeping antitrust lawsuit within the U.S. District Courtroom for the Southern District of Florida, alleging that Fox Corp. and Fox Information Community LLC engaged in exclusionary techniques that violated federal and state competitors legal guidelines and intentionally stifled Newsmax’s progress.
