Federal Insurance coverage Co. filed a declaratory judgment grievance this week, arguing that it has no responsibility to defend or indemnify the polygraph firm, John E. Reid & Associates, amongst others, in an underlying wrongful imprisonment swimsuit. After allegedly being coerced into falsely confessing to a 1995 fireplace, the late William E. Amor spent practically 20 years in jail earlier than he was acquitted in 2018 and subsequently recovered $25.5 million from the Metropolis of Naperville, Illinois.
