Quotation errors and hallucinated case flip up in Boies Schiller temporary in ‘artificial-intelligence debacle’

In a Sept. 19 declaration, companion John Kucera mentioned synthetic intelligence was used throughout preparation of the temporary, and he was the companion liable for overseeing the method.

Boies Schiller is representing plaintiffs in a lawsuit towards the Church of Scientology and actor Danny Masterson. In his declaration, Kucera mentioned Boies Schiller “has adopted insurance policies and carried out trainings supposed to guard towards the dangers of the improper use of synthetic intelligence.” Agency attorneys are anticipated to “to scrupulously proofread and cite verify” briefs, however he personally failed to take action, he wrote.
Boies Schiller didn’t instantly reply to the ABA Journal’s request for remark.
