Because the Labubu craze goes international—with even a Hollywood film within the works—its proprietor Pop Mart is making its largest play but for North American audiences with its debut on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Beijing-based firm behind collectible toy traces together with Labubu and Mokoko will deliver a float known as “Friendsgiving in Pop Metropolis” to the 99th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Nov. 27. Characters like Labubu, Mokoko, Skullpanda, Molly, Dimoo, and Peach Riot—which usually come as mini collectible figurines—will broaden to 16-feet tall inflatables careening by means of the streets of New York Metropolis. Pop Mart can also be internet hosting a vacation pop-up at Macy’s Herald Sq. in November and a Skullpanda pop-up at 1 Penn Plaza all through the vacation season.
