'A Daft Suggestion': Judge Declines to Kick Hundreds of Paraquat Cases Out of Philadelphia

Decide Joshua Roberts of the Philadelphia Courtroom of Widespread Pleas on July 11 denied a movement from Syngenta Crop Safety LLC and Chevron U.S.A. Inc. that challenged the plaintiffs’ selection of discussion board in Philadelphia paraquat circumstances with plaintiffs who aren’t Pennsylvania residents. In his ruling, Roberts held that the defendants’ arguments “completely fail[ed] to ascertain convincing justification for transferring the circumstances.
