The Illinois Supreme Courtroom and its Chief Justice David Ok. Overstreet introduced Friday that former Madison County Decide James Hackett has been appointed to a vacant seat on the Fifth District Appellate Courtroom following the loss of life of Justice Thomas Welch earlier this month.
