State Appellate Court Sends Case Back to Determine if Daughter’s Firm Can Represent Father’s Class Action

An Illinois appellate courtroom threw out a bioprivacy class motion certification order in opposition to Pepperidge Farms this week, concluding that the trial courtroom failed to deal with if there was a battle of curiosity between the only class consultant and his daughter’s legislation agency.
